Crushed Turquoise Koa Serving Platter

Hand-carved, crushed turquoise💎resin inlay. 

Utilizing the wood with extra blemishes calls for a more beautiful piece, but also a much longer process. 
This one deserved some extra love. 
The soft wood had to be hand-carved out with my chisel through the board and to the other side. Filled with resin all the way through. The resin is a foodgrade, non-toxic resin safe for food handling. 

Hand-wash with soap and water.
